Google Bad Review 1: Went there for eyelashes extension. A black teenage girl who did my eyelashes didn't speak english very well and extremely unprofessional, rude and racist. My eyelashes got so sticky with the glue and she poke me in my eyes several times and said ‘because your eyes are too small.' Staffs barely know what customer service is. Thick & cheap eyelashes and overpriced for the quality.

Google Bad Review (2): First impression was bad as I asked to see CNDC shellac colours only and therapist didn’t know what I meant which made me question their understanding.
Second impression even worse as complimented the round shape of my nails and then proceeded to turn them square!!!
Third impression was the tipping point when my nails were filed down on top of the nail so vigorously the skin was showing underneath one nail and has caused not only severe pain but paper thin nails.
I will never even consider returning to this establishment. I was counting down the seconds until my treatment was over.
3 days after treatment – two nails have come off completely, the others haven't been finished on the edges and the rest are lifting! I'm now going back to my usual place to get them redone.
I have now been to my usual nail place and had nails redone and they have informed me it will take 6 months to grow out the damage caused by singular beauty.
