Google Bad Review 1: TERRIBLE experience with this company. My husband and I decided to use this company after they offered us a competitive rate for our removal. We asked for a complete packing service. The team arrived without any bubble wrap, tape or the appropriate tools to dismantle furniture. The van that the company provided could not accommodate all of our items (despite the fact that I provided a video showing what was in our flat). The van had driver's items in it (a car tyre, other car parts etc) that did not belong to us. In addition, I questioned whether the van would be big enough during an email correspondence with this firm prior to the move. They assured me that it would be. My husband spent the entire morning assisting the team (taking furniture down flights of stairs/lifting etc). I then had to move extremely heavy pieces of furniture up and down the stairs when the items eventually arrived. It took the removal team far longer than the company quoted for, resulting in us having to pay an additional £400 to cover the extra time. The company refused to deliver the goods until we had paid the additional fee.
I have tried to contact the company (left 3 x voicemail messages, and a WhatsApp message) to check whether they have received my complaint email. I have received no response so far.

Google Bad Review (2): We organised a move within Europe with these guys back in March for August. With five months lead time, one would think there’s plenty of time for them to get everything right? Wrong!
The survey of the items to be moved took place via video, so that they could have a good understanding of all our items, the ones that needed to be disassembled, the quantities to be shipped etc etc. We received email confirmation that they would send two vans on the agreed date to pack and load, plus a quote for the total cost including all packing materials. There was no mention of amount of boxes needed, or cubic metres to be shipped. Given that they had reviewed the video and as we had just moved a year before with the same quantities using two vans (Lutons) we thought this sounded fair enough. Compared to other quotes we had gotten, this one was cheaper but not by so much that you would have thought something was wrong.
They kept very quiet up until a week before when the first indications appeared that they didn’t know what they were doing – suddenly quantities of boxes were mentioned that didn’t at all sound realistic, and we were told only one long wheel base van had been allocated to the job! That was on a Friday before the actual move on Monday…. We were then told that the job had been cancelled. The guy in charge had to be actively chased to give an explanation as to why, with the fault being blamed on us not having spotted their mistake (!!) earlier. They offered to keep the extra stuff for free and for us to find an option to get it into Europe. I had explained that we have limited options at this stage, that they needed to tell us what it would cost to fix it. Again more excuses and completely infeasible options for a family with young children to have only a third or so of the stuff moved on the agreed date. They also seemed to have been clueless about customs paperwork, import restrictions for certain items etc.
Best of all, we are still waiting for our deposit to be returned more than a week later and they have stopped responding to our emails.
We went with them based on their apparently stellar reputation and I suppose they are probably decent with local / smaller jobs but for international moves look elsewhere!
