Google Bad Review 1: Disgusting customer service! I phoned very upset that my prints would not arrive in time for mother's day and they refused to refund any money to compensate me.
I was told throughout the sales process online that prints would delivered next day, when in actual fact they only deliver next working day (excluding saturday)! For the sake of protocol they would rather lose a customer than lose £5.50 postage…

Ordered prints and they were delivered – very dark images.
The email I got after asking what was wrong was abit aggressive and poor. Basically it's your fault, check your screen calibration. It's like they were saying ‘tough luck' without actually typing it. Then said – use the free print next time to see how they are gonna turn out.
Thing is I have had these images printed from other places and they were always absolutely fine and went here to try somewhere different. I got an other email stating the prints (from there anyways) will always be a stop darker or even more…..more? How many stops will it go then so I can decide how fricking bright to put these photos?
The website was ok to use, not exactly user friendly but with some time it's doable.
Price was actually alright for the prints but so many options for postage and packaging that it will.no doubt confuse some folk – and the cheapest is £5.95, which is expensive.
Customer service – horrible.
Printing – horrible.
Absolutely never again – I do not recommend. If something goes wrong – it's going to be your fault and you'll be £30 pound down with black prints that can only be described as black blobs.
