Google Bad Review 1: WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I have seen a Groupon voucher – spoke to the manager three times today and they are refusing to confirm a booking for this! They said to me they would be able to book an appointment for me following Tuesday which then turned into being fully booked for 20 days! I will be ringing Groupon today to inform them not to work with this company!!

Google Bad Review (2): Terrible experience. Do not book this salon. I had a groupon deal to have highlights and a hair cut for myself and my daughter. I've never met such a rude hairdresser. They didn't even take my coat off before sitting me in a chair and wanted to start to bleach my hair without any conversation about what I wanted. The main hairdresser told the two ladies looking after us what to do, so I'm not even sure they were qualified. Only when I asked to see a colour chart did they produce one. I got told I am hairdresser I know I'm right. you re not happy, leave and get a groupon refund. Which we proceeded to do . No way was I letting these people do my hair or my daughters. My daughter then looked and found similar reviews to what we had just experienced, but on groupon they seem to select only the good ones. I know I made the right decision to leave, reading some of the outcomes others have experienced.
