Google Bad Review 1: Emailed three times and called four times in order to get a quote. No responses to the emails and nobody called me back as promised. I've never worked so hard just to get a quote!

Google Bad Review (2): Cushions….the feather stuffing isn't secured and protected so feathers come out all the time. Also not enough padding used.
The cushions are 4-5 CMS smaller than the old cushions so there is a notable gap between them. Continuously pointed this out to Tony and kept getting told they will settle but 2 years later still the same problem. He basically got the size wrong and would not replace.
Also the bottom of the sofa below cushions..cloth came loose twice with 2 months and this was rectified but 2 yrs later, same issue.
Disappointed that having gone and paid more for than other shops, I am not satisfied with the quality of the work.
