Google Bad Review 1: Really poor customer service, we called for a couple massage and the receptionist over the phone told us that for 1 hour the price would be £95 in total so we decided to book it.
When we arrived the receptionist asked us to pay before having the massage which we did.
So the massage was great nothing to say about that, but when we got home we received a call from that same receptionist saying that she made a mistake with the price and it was not £95 but £115, so she asked us to come back and to pay the rest without even apologizing.
Obviously this kind of situation cannot happen, as a business if you make a mistake you cannot ask the customer to pay the difference after the service was delivered, the price was one of the main reason we decided to book there.
So we went back to pay and tried to explain our disappointment but only the rest to be paid was taken seriously, nothing was even offered to us to compensate that issue. You cannot announce a price and then ask for more because you made a mistake…

Avoid at any cost, plainty of other massage & spa nearby.
