Google Bad Review 1: Shurgard has been one of the worst companies I have come across. There isn’t a day which an issue is not found within their premises. I can’t fault the staff working there as they’ve been of great help but as a company there’s too many negatives.
I guess you get what you pay for which is cheap and rubbish.
If you are business, do not come here. I will be looking to move back to The Big Yellow.

Google Bad Review (2): ***UPDATE*** They did get in contact and provide temp code daily for access, so can now use lift to gain access to correct floor.
Absolutely ridiculous. 3rd time my code will not let me go up in lift.send emails to staff but still no reply.few other customers stated the same and had to get a temp no. Surley if there is a problem with the system YOU should be contacting us to let us know…. AND PRICE WENT UP CONSIDERABLY LET ALONE OFFER WASNT VALID WHEN I STARTED MY RENTAL….
