Google Bad Review 1: PLEASE NOTE: I got my eyelashes done in the Leytonstone branch but was told that they use the same products in ALL branches for their eyelashes.
As nice as the staff were, nice didn't keep my eyelash extensions on so I would not recommend them unless you want to waste your money.
The eyelashes I got were meant to last at least 2 weeks. They lasted 2 hours before they started to fall out. At first, they tried to blame me but then again, if you are rubbish at what you do, you would do that. They refused to give me a refund.
They offered to redo my eyelashes but I asked what will they be doing that was different from last time to which they said ‘nothing'. Lol. After a few conversations, they eventually said they will use the glue they use for their semi permanent eyelashes (which made me wonder what their £40 eyelashes were, the ones I had asked for and paid for). This irritated me because I would then have 40% semi permanent and 60% one day eyelashes.
In the end, they lasted 1 week.
After posting my original review, Shumaila called me and tried to buy me by offering me a refund (even though I was told 3 weeks ago it was against policy) if I remove my review. How many other people have they tried buy I wonder?
