Google Bad Review 1: (Translated by Google) RIDICLES, we rented a room in addition with advance payment, from the first moment the problems began, no one was waiting for us near the house to welcome us only after 20-30 minutes a guy showed up who left us the keys made a brief introduction disappeared. On the second day of stay, it was morning, snowy London, so we decide to go back to the apartment to retrieve something heavier and we realize that water has entered from the ceiling, wetting the duvet and blowing the current. We immediately ask to be moved to another room and only after 3 hours of waiting in the snow the guy who gives us the keys shows up again and shows us how to turn on the heating which also doesn't work so he brings us an electric heater and disappears into thin air without not even explain to us how everything else works the window has a broken glass and we found a dirty towel inside the wardrobe. So we immediately ask for a refund and in response they tell us that they cannot do it and that at the most they would have reimbursed the next 2 nights if we had left the apartment.

RIDICOLI, abbiamo preso in affitto una stanza per giunta con pagamento anticipato, fin dal primo momento sono iniziati i problemi, nessuno ci aspettava vicino casa per accoglierci solo dopo 20-30 minuti si è presentato un tipo che ci ha lasciato le chiavi fatto breve presentazione e sparito. Al secondo giorno di permanenza, era mattina, Londra innevata, così decidiamo di fare rientro in appartamento per recuperare qualcosa di più pesante e ci rendiamo conto che è entrata acqua dal soffitto bagnando il piumone e facendo saltare la corrente. Chiediamo immediatamente di essere spostati in un altra stanza e solo dopo 3 ore di attesa sotto la neve si presenta nuovamente il tipo che ci da le chiavi ci indica come accendere il riscaldamento che oltretutto non funziona quindi ci porta una stufetta elettrica e scompare nel nulla senza nemmeno spiegarci il funzionamento di tutto il resto la finestra ha un vetro spaccato e abbiamo trovato un asciugamano sporco all’interno dell’armadio. Così chiediamo immediatamente un rimborso e di tutta risposta loro ci dicono di non poterlo fare e che al limite avrebbero rimborsato le 2 notti a seguire se avessimo lasciato l’appartamento.

Google Bad Review (2): You definitely pay for the location. Overall is good for a short stay, but cleanliness is not a highlight and be sure to ask everything to the agent ( like where and when to place the Rubish). The internet connection is sometimes on and off, specially after 6 pm.
