Google Bad Review 1: I wouldn't recommend.
I paid for a key to be cut and unfortunately I didn't realise until I was home and able to test the key that i found out that the teeth had not been fully cut. It's unusable.

Google Bad Review (2): Dropped off a shoe on Monday that had a broken zipper and expressly said it needed to be fixed by Thursday for a trip. Went in today (Thursday) to be met with a blank stare when I asked if my shoe was ready- he had only sent it off at 12pm and he told me it wasn't due back until Friday. No apology, no explanation and no communication even though I had stopped in twice to ask if it would be ready.
