Google Bad Review 1: I’ve used this shop a lot, had at least 10 pairs of trainers/shoes cleaned and up until recently they did an amazing job. However recently they have seriously dropped their standards. The women that I usually see doesn’t seem to be working there anymore. The last pair I picked up wasn’t only not even clean but was sitting in the shop for weeks and nobody even attempted to contact me for collection. Won’t be using them again.

Google Bad Review (2): TERRIBLE customer service, tried to collect my trainers 3 times after the date I was told they would be ready and they either weren’t ready or the shop was shut (when it was meant to be open) the phone number on the front of the shop and the receipt you get are both different and both wrong. Really rude when you actually pick up your shoes, so much attitude and to top it all off, trainers weren’t even clean, would never use again!
