Google Bad Review 1: Placed an order which has failed to turn up. Customer service have been extremely unhelpful. Misinformation which turned out to be complete lies. It could be fraud for all I know and I will be reporting it to my bank.

Google Bad Review (2): It's not hard to tell why the good reviews were years ago. I was a returning client. Everyone that answers the phone claims to be the MD. 10 day lead stated and free delivery. After 20 odd days we he to collect as they stated they wouldn't deliver til mid September for a shelter bought in July. Had to report to trading standards. Finish is poor and unacceptable. Looks like it was powder coated in a dust bowl. Shut the door on our operative when trying to return and carried on a day long row claiming all sorts of assumptions. I HOPE the REAL partners read this and stop this jolly boys picnic between Luke, Shakirul and Miah, all apparently the MD and refusing return of an unsafe, poor quality pair of shelter I paid 700 for in good faith. If they are the real partners, good luck. I tried politely to get a refund. Miah made his own assumptions. My client took one look at the product, and I Cant repeat his words on a forum. Nothing about spending 700 here has been decent. Nothing has been worth it. If you want to burn 700 you may aswell. At least you will get a small bit of warmth.
