Google Bad Review: What an absolute waste of money.
I am so upset with how this company goes about getting new patients/selling appointments.
We bought the £20 for 2 x 45 minute appointments from a stall in Richmond, the guy ensured us that my partner would really benefit from the appointments and the chiropractor will really help is shoulder and back. And he ensured us that she will actually work on him and not just analyse him.
We were unable to book an appointment with him as he said he had no appointments left after 6pm (we only bought this cause he said that the appointments run till 7pm & my partner works late)
He said he'll give us a call back the next day to book in… he didn't… 1 week later.. no call.. I called them and the receptionist advised me that they have no 7pm appointment and that was false information & that they will have to work late to accommodate the appointment.
And to our suprise.. the appointments
are just to analyse the problem.. not fix the problem and the chiro said she needs to do more investigating and he needs to pay £60
What a complete joke.. I will be calling tomorrow to get my money back, you cannot cheat people like that and sell them appointments/tell the customer what they need to hear in order to just get a sale!
