Google Bad Review 1: I advise you to avoid this gym. They fail to give you the correct information and the most important details. The manager explained to both myself and a friend that we had a 14 days cooling off period. She failed to mention that if you had an induction you would be roped into a 12 month contract. Infact she advise us the opposite. Stating that we could use the gym for the first month paid for. I have highlighted that we were mislead but the company does not care. Infact they have not even acknowledge that their MANAGER has given two individual wrong information. All they seem to acknowledge is that you need to pay the money for 12 months. They do not advise you signing a contract on their premises removes your rights as a customer so there is NO way out the contract in fact, they do not legally have to give you 14 days cooling off period. I have lost confidence in this company please do not risk being mislead.
They also have a claw which the manager failed to mention and she advise another individual that I had passed my cooling off period but, I called her to cancel she said she would start the cancellation and I would just need to cosign in an email but, state I did not have an induction. No mention prior to the claw. Very dishonest. I have been looking and finding this problem is not just one off. This seems to be common.
So do not sign on the premises. Do not believe what the staff – how can you if the manager herself misleads! Look at the reviews on facebook. Look at neighbour reviews! If you have experience this WRITE A REVIEW please highlight it. We are not the first and, not the last. Light needs to be shed on this company.. I will continuing trying to do so.

Google Bad Review (2): They don't explain the contract to you properly when signing up then you will be forced to pay even if your circumstances change. For example leaving the country. They will still do debt collection.
