Google Bad Review (2): Not a good experience at all.
Made an appointment with my wife to get advise about an Islamic will and a trust, travelled quite a long distance to get there and still had to wait 40 minutes when we got there.
Eventually got to see the principal solicitor Manzoor Shah, who we found profoundly arrogant. Approximately 1 and half minutes into conversation he handed me a pile of paper stapled and just said just put all the information on the form in your own time and and give to me with your instructions. His body Language and demeanour made us feel like we were bothering him, literally shuffling in his seat like there’s a flame under it!
I think I could have just popped in off the street and obtained that form. I explained that the purpose of our visit is to gain an understanding of what an Islamic will entails of, how a trust works and if either of us need one. He gave very limited information which I later discovered having done research of my own. We felt that Mr Shah simply had no regard for the concept of an appointment.
I would like to point out however that the receptionist Zara was very helpful and professional, she is wasted here and belongs in a more reputable firm. I shall be instructing another firm to write my will.
