Google Bad Review 1: I called the day before and explained the issue I had over the phone. I was told that this could be fixed and I should turn up the next day.
When I arrived and explained the issue, I was given excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't worth it and I was told that I needed to refurbish the wheel rims.
I explained that I didn't have time to do that right now and asked again for the quick fix, only to meet more negativity.
I ended up walking away and drove to the Kwik Fit up the road who immediately took the car and applied a temporary fix within 20 minutes, adding helpful information for my next move towards a permanent fix.
Sorry guys – but I was underwhelmed by the service I was given.

Google Bad Review (2): Avoid Saturday Mornings.
I Arrived just before opening time and stayed in my car until they opened the shop, after the shutters opened I Approached one of the fitters and said good morning, I have 4 car tyres of my own I’d like fitting. Something I’ve done on 5 occasions over the years.
He was quick to reply with we don’t do things like that here. Which I found odd as My wife had her car tyres changed last year in exactly the same way and I’ve been with at least 4 cars over the years. So I said oh you used to and again in a very miserable way replied yeah well we used to be a team of of 5 too !!! Bye mate. Oh okay. So off I went..
I can easily see why they haven’t got the staff because I wouldn’t want to work along side somebody so unhappy about their job. I said okay and walked off with a bag full of pastries and soft drinks that I had bought for them as a thank you for taking care of things. The same thing I do every other time I’ve been.
Luckily there’s another car tyre shop 2 mins up there road.
