Google Bad Review 1: If I could give no stars I would. I made an appointment a week in advance and was given a two-hour time frame for a ServiceMaster rep to give an estimate for mold damage. Two days later someone from Service Master called and asked me if the appointment was on that day.
I told them that the appointment was on the coming Friday. They confirmed that date and time window. On that Friday, no one showed up. When I called they said neither my address or name was in their system. TIme taken off from work for NO reason. Really disappointed.

Google Bad Review (2): This company did not do what they initially said and changed my credit card the second half of payment without my authorization. I called and asked for a manager to get back with me and never received a follow up. They are also 20% more expensive than competition but I went with them because they said the would savage my wood paneling and save me more money down the road. That never happened and I didn't even receive a phone call when this company decided to deviate from our agreed upon plan.
