Google Bad Review: Poor and patronising support from both Service Vent and Vent-axia.
Ventilation and heat recovery system fitted to our new build with cooking smells coming from input vents.After months of negotiation and patronising excuses they tried to fob us off by blaming blocked filters in the Vent-axia unit. Smells continued after service and filters cleaned. We are now faced with blocking input vents, turning off the system or replacing. Disgraceful customer support.
