Google Bad Review 1: Worse than 1 star, avoid at all costs. Ruined my visa application and all job prospects back on in 2010 by making a schoolboy's mistake of forgetting to mention a document required by Home Office. Charged GBP 500 nevertheless, did not refund at least a portion of the fee despite begging them several times. Wrote a nicely worded reply full of legalese later. The funniest thing is that now they have the insolence to contact me and ask me to follow them! Easy to forget if you wrong somebody! This is not the firm I will be helping, thank you very much!!!
