It's always a stressful time as well as a bit of a gamble when you are looking to appoint a building contractor to extend your home. MD Steve immediately set our minds at ease with his “no problem” approach and the offer of a fixed price contract. He instilled a level of trust and reassurance that our project would be in safe hands and would fit our budget. We therefore had no hesitation in choosing Sentinel to undertake our small but complex extension and renovation project in Greenwich. That trust was never misplaced, and we had more than our fair share of challenges along the way. It’s a massive achievement to keep a complex building project moving forward, and keep your clients abreast at every stage with excellent communication throughout. What's more remarkable is that Steve did so during a pandemic, at the height of the supply chain issues and the building costs crisis. Steve and his team of super professional tradespeople exceeded all our expectations and they delivered on all of his promises.
