Google Bad Review 1: Was really unimpressed with Sensu London Bridge. I had an appointment for invisalign and the clinic was pretty run down. I also was told during the consultation that one of my teeth should be removed for invisalign, I said I was really not interested in that. I then got the sign off from the orthodontist to have invisalign without removal but the patient coordinator then sprung this on me again whilst they were rushing me to make a decision within the incredibly short ‘10% off' time frame which follows your appointment. The information discrepancy between the several people you will end up talking to really didn't fill me with confidence.

They essentially wanted me to pay thousands of pounds to have my front tooth out and braces for nearly 2 years without actually discussing the treatment with an orthodontist. Completely insane.

Google Bad Review (2): Total rip off. They'll advice you according to their pockets rather than what's required for you. I know I don't need braces for longer then 6 months and so I was particularly interested in the ”'invisalign express”. They strongly disagreed and recommended I would need treatment for MINIMUM 15 months, when I argued differently they then tried to reason with me in saying that I might actually indeed need it for a shorter amount of time (9 months) . That's when I knew they were out for their pockets rather than the best interest of their ”clients”. Plus I felt very uncomfortable discussing my treatment procedure with an ”consultant” and a lady who I guess is in charge of a finance plan who got herself involved in the discussion almost forcing me to stick to the long term treatment. Please do not be fooled by their smiles and ”friendliness” it's all fake into leading you to believe you need way more cost-wise than what you actually need! Absolute rip off! It certainly felt like I was being peer pressured and so that made me feel EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE!
