Google Bad Review 1: They lost my camera, and offered no compensation or apology, just a refund for the extortionate repair costs. I brought my Lubitel 166 + camera to the shop to have a minor lens repair. After a year of waiting and numerous phone calls I went to get a refund on the repair and get my camera back, only to be informed the next day that they had lost it. A faulty second hand camera was offered as a replacement, but this did not work. I now have nothing. No replacement and no compensation for a £300 camera. When I complained, I was met with aggression and abuse. Avoid this place at all costs.

Google Bad Review (2): Quoted me a price to repair my camera that was more than I paid for the thing in the first place – about £400. Got them to return it (£20 p+p) and it's just come back from another repair shop, working fine and cleaned for £50. My advice: shop around.
