Google Bad Review 1: The 1st time I used the service I found Nicole absolutely professional, and decided to come back! I used a Groupon voucher, but the 2nd time I booked on Treatwell.
Unfortunately I didn't make it to the second appointment. I had to reschedule a couple of times – annoying I know – but it happens.
Plus, Treatwell has a “up to 1 hour before” re-schedule policy.
When I tried to re-schedule I got an angry email from Nicole saying that this was **unacceptable**, and that I should just cancel my appointment and ask for a refund! I explained that I had a work commitment and I had to re-schedule, and she replied “ok but make sure you attend the appointment” which did NOT encourage me to go… So I cancelled, as I didn't want to put my skin in the hands of someone who is already angry at me. Very badly impressed.
