Google Bad Review 1: Atrocious. A friend had his 6 year old mastif taken in for a basic pyometra op in the morning which a dog should easily recover from when the op is performed properly (google it) .. she was sent home the same day after the vet said ‘she will be fine'. She died at home the very next morning unexplainably… £2,000 bill to leave the family heart broken.

Google Bad Review (2): My son took his most loved cat there in an emergency,he was told te cat needed a surgery,he left the cat there with a heavy heart ,later on he called the vet and was told that the cat had 3 surgeries but he could go to pick him up at lunch time !
So my son went there and brought the cat home with loads of medication and special food !
Soon he got home we realized that the cat was in a lot of pain and the problem was still there!
Called them again and they told us to keep an eye on him and if he was still the same to take him back!
Do we did take him back because all we wanted was to treat him so he could be healthy and playful again!
When we got there all they could talk about was money,they told my son to pay £1000 more to do another surgery,let me just say that was the same surgery they have done before ( bit dodgy) or he could pay £20.000 to have loads of surgeries done !
Even knowing that the pet was in a lot of pain all we could hear from them was money,money,money!
Suddenly they told us that the best thing was to put him down
Please if you love your pet AVOID AVOID AVOID this clinic
We are now crying for the lost of our beloved cat and with a massive bill to pay to the vet!
They don’t care about the pets ,all they care about is the money you are going to pay!
