Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely shocking company.
I had arranged for a VA start date booked before going on annual leave. I was presented last minute with very unsavoury contract terms including right to increase price without option to exit.
Having gone back with comments, I was told the space had been taken the day before going away on annual leave.
This left me without cover and it's been damaging to my business.
Avoid at all costs. There are better more professional companies out there.
