Google Bad Review 1: Booked the service based on the reviews..
Personally not that happy unfortunately.
I had lash lift, everything seemed very professional, however a day after the procedure one of the eyelashes is already down. I have kept all of the instructions not to wash the face in 24h, however it seems didn’t helped. The other is fine though, however different look now hah, but it is ok, maybe my eyelashes are not for this.
That what bothered me a lot was the very first impression.
I wasn’t aware this is private house, and it happened to me to arrive earlier.
In the pouring rain already wet, have decided to ring the bell hoping in the “studio” will have place where I could wait for 10-15 min…
The doors opened and one man asked me what I want.. I said I have an appointment.
He asked me what time is my appointment, I said at 10:30am, and then he asked me “And what time is it now?”…
With face kind off “Are you stupid to ring the bell earlier”
I felt like a kid in the kindergarten made something bad..
I sad, I know I am earlier, however is pouring outside.
Then he said if I want can come inside, in the porch..
I wait in the porch for about actually 5 to 7 min feeling like a complete idiot..
That definitely ruined my experience, even not happy with the results I am not bothered, I understand the eyelash lifting might be not for everyone, however the attitude I received was disappointing.
Might never visit again.

In answer to their answer:
That is ABSOLUTE NOT TRUE!
I wore a mask the whole time, as I did my eyes, that allowed to wear the mask during the whole procedure, I did it 100%, as I should to travel abroad a few days after.
Both, the men and the lady was without mask, however I didn’t say anything, as this is their house.
Not to mention that the cat get into the studio (the room) twice, and the lady has touched it..
Of course took the shoes off when was asked to do it so.
I am quite sure the answer they did to my review is just automatically and don’t even remember who am I.
Very disappointing, the customer service skills are zero!
Instead of apologising for the troubles they cost, they are attacking me saying lies.
No comments anymore.
