Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely disgusting company. How Shane can sleep at night is beyond me. The way he treats people is appalling, as if they are beneath him. If I could give a zero I would.

Google Bad Review (2): I sent an extensive and detailed email to SDL for a quote to renovate the bathroom. They came back with a one line email that the job costs roughly £8000. No explanation and no professional quoting. I can't say anything about the quality of the job they do, because I didn't proceed forward. But the customer service over email was terrible and the quoting process was unprofessional.
