Google Bad Review 1: I asked for the telephone number of a company that operates within that building and they refused to give it to me. Started banging on about how they're not affiliated in any way to the company I was looking for. I don't care if you are not affiliated, I just want a phone number and if you claim to be their landlord, then you should have contact details.

Google Bad Review (2): The reception is not helpful. They didn't give me any help, how to find CTLS and they forgot to mention that the lift worked only with that card they gave me. I was inside the lift, and didn't understand why it did not go, AND WHY I COULDN'T OPEN IT. Finally I got out and I found the lab on my own, in a really frustrated mood. Being a white cell donor after all of this was a very-very pleasant experience. Next time I will know what to expect from this staff.
