Google Bad Review 1: Simply the worst possible Building Managing Company in the entire world…! They have managed our building from 2016 to 2020 and have been an absolute disaster…! Everything from top to bottom was a complete disgrace of the profession. In all fairness, between money laundering activities and their “services”, no one could really see any difference. It became so bad tthat after a little while, many landlords started to stop paying their service charges which, anyway, were probably going into someone's pocket……… TO BE AVOIDED AT ANY POSSIBLE COST !!!!

Google Bad Review (2): An absolute nightmare of a management company. Constantly broken lifts and hot water issues that Savills is responsible for fixing in our building and these never get resolved on time, and chasing the emergency out of hours numbers leads nowhere as there is no ownership or tracking of issues. Every call to follow up on an existing claim goes to a different person who isn't managing the situation and needs a postcode to track it down. As soon as they are able to they push the problem onto engineers they do, but then take no ownership when the problem doesn't get resolved.
