Google Bad Review: I can’t say that I have ever had a bad experience with the Sales team at Savills, they are always super professional and helpful. However, my experience with their property inspector this morning was super unprofessional. The lady, Debbie, showed up 22min late and didn’t think it was necessary to let me know and when I called her she said it wasn’t her “fault that traffic is bad and there is not enough parking”. She didn’t know the area and hence the delay. No respect for people’s time or work schedules. When she finally showed up, she entered without saying hello or taking off her shoes. Instead of a 15 min appointment, she was done in less than 2 min and said her colleague was dealing with an issue, that she was asked to look into. On her way out she said she still insisted the delay wasn’t her responsibility and that she would now be 20 min late for her next appointment- and she wouldn’t apologise again and she just left without saying goodbye. Please learn to manage your time better and please learn to take off your shoes before entering people’s homes!
