Google Bad Review 1: I went to Savas Aveda Salon for a balyage and cut and was so disappointed with the results. I asked for them to bring the blonde to halfway up my hair to blend in with my natural colour and a then a trim just to make my hair feel healthier. The cut is great – however my colour was definitely not. He had applied the colour far too high up my head at the back, and the colour was too blonde so you could see the lines where he had applied the dye in contrast with my natural colour, which is a dark blonde. I couldn’t believe the result and showed him the lines, so he said he would add some dye in my natural colour to blend it. After doing all this the end result was darker all over than when I’d first walked in – as he’d applied a toner to try and darken the blonde colour he’d applied so poorly. You can still see at the back more subtly where my colour changes but at this point I really just wanted to leave. I went up to pay and told him I didn’t want to pay for the colour, as I was leaving with darker hair and definitely not a balyage, and he started getting very aggressive stating he didn’t understand what I wanted because “he dyed it blonde and I didn’t like it and then he dyed it brown and I didn’t like it”. I tried to explain again how you could see where he had applied the dye at the back but he was having none of it and so on the verge of tears I gave in and paid. I could not believe how bad the customer service had been, I have truly been put off ever having my hair dyed again. I can’t believe I paid full price for such an awful experience and was so shocked by his reaction when I tried to not pay for the colour.

Google Bad Review (2): I came in here for a cut only to realise I should of gone to another salon because firstly they have completely messed up cutting long hair like mine, it looks irregular and uneven, they will blow dry it and mask it really well so when you get home and wash it that is when you realise how much of a bad job they have done. This salon is more suited to very simple cuts and pensioners. Way way too expensive for the standard you get. Defiantly would not recommend to anyone.
