Google Bad Review 1: This was our 3rd time to savage garden, and I would not return again. First two occasions was great however the recent visit we were treat appalling. We felt rushed, the staff didn’t want us there, made us feel extremely uncomfortable as you could tell then wanted us to leave. We hadn’t booked but were residing in the hotel (which I think you should have access to the bar anyway without booking) the door person allowed us up I asked for a table of six they accommodated us, then moved us from one table to another, a few more Friends arrived so we were a table of 10, there was plenty of space as we were on a long table. When the extra 4 people arrived the waitress/waiters were constantly on our back basically saying table only reserved for an hour when in fact she said 1.5hours which was enough as we only wanted a drink before moving on to somewhere for a meal. We spent £50 on a bottle of cava and another £125 on other drinks, all within an hour had we not been treat like lepers we would have stayed and had more drinks – there loss really as they could have made significant money from our group. Consequently when we were leaving they asked if we wanted another drink (funny when the table was allegedly booked after us), for the record the bar was empty at this time, there were loads of reserved tables with no one on them. Age range of group 30-62yrs. Shame on you Savage Garden.

Google Bad Review (2): We booked afternoon tea online for yesterday earlier this week, and when we got there they seated us on the balcony seats which were so small. They gave us a drinks menu and when we asked about afternoon tea they said they arent doing it! Why let us book online when you arent doing it! Wasted our time we travelled the whole way on public transport during coronavirus to enjoy an afternoon tea.
Was so angry they didnt even offer us anything to compensate, the lady inside just said I can give you olives/nuts … but we didnt even feel like getting drinks there as the menu was limited for drinks!
