Google Bad Review 1: I've been here 4 times so far. The first 2 were ok but spent almost 4 hours there. Staff are rather supercilious. The models seem to be tolerated rather than seen as a teaching resource. The third time I went, the trainee was hopeless and not adequately monitored so the teacher had to cut away all her mistakes leaving me with a ridiculously short hair cut. No apology.
I had one good experience when I was used as a teaching aid by a tutor. He was warm and friendly and actually spoke to me as if I were a real human.
He gave me a fantastic cut.
Went back recently and due to train problems was 10 minutes late. Usually you have to sit around for 15 minutes. Since they don't bother about punctuality, I assumed I was safe. I have never arrived late before. Miss Snooty on the front desk breezily informed me that all the students were taken as some were off sick. And, she added, it didn't help that I was late. So if I'd been on time they would have magically produced another student?
No expression of sympathy for my wasted journey
I think some customer service training would benefit the staff at the Academy.
I shan't be going back. I'll advise friends to avoid it, too.
Vidal Sassoon, whom I met years ago would be embarrassed.

Google Bad Review (2): The waiting time there is at least 1 hour (usually longer). In addition – some of their students (who do you haircut) are extremely impolite. It is also clear that students learn, and sometimes make mistakes. As for me, I described what haircut I want, but the student said that she would not do that, and that she can only do another haircut ))))) When I started insisting on my wish, she began insulting and scalding me – very ‘nice' experience it was, trust me! Of course, I refused to stay there any longer, and left. And all that is supposed to be 12 pounds – I mean you have to pay them, not the other way round!
