Google Bad Review 1: Very poor experience – I think they are just after people’s £ ! This whole google profile is fake – the 4/5 stars are not real. You can tell because there are no 2 or 3 star reviews – only 4/5 curated reviews and 1 star reviews. Think carefully before registering. I was initially wowed by their sales / marketing before being let down with simple appointments that are low profit for them.
In my most recent experience, I was shouted at by a senior practice dentist / management for raising a complaint because I had not been able to get an appointment in 9 months. Yes – COVID-19 has affected things but having appointments cancelled and only offering appointments 4 weeks in the future isn’t ok after 9 months. There is no compassion or thought put into their interactions with patients unless there is £ to be made from them.
Just a quick update – more fake reviews since I posted this to try and bury this review. Amazingly Amit Patel and practice even have the audacity to enter a review where a patient got seen extremely quickly to attempt to counter my claims.
Because of Amit Patel and Sardinia’s failure to see me in over a year despite multiple attempts to do so, I now have considerable dental bills and work required. I was not seen because the check-up I needed was not profitable for them or high enough £. Everyone needs to avoid their marketing and sales tactics before you are caught in their net. I am now stuck with them while the fix the damage they caused after failing to see me because I was after simple check-ups and cleans.

Google Bad Review (2): Picking the right dentist, particularly when you have made the difficult and costly decision to go private, is an important choice.
Regrettably I made a very serious error of judgement in visiting Sardinia House Dental.
However the quality of treatment and patient care was in my wife's case deplorable.
My wife was suffering extreme pain from wisdom teeth, as many of us do at some point in our lives. A Mr Manjooran saw her on 3 occasions, failed to prescribe a coherant and effective course of treatment and wasted time and money.
I requested a second opinion and my wife was referred to Mr Leach, the practice's managing partner. On the morning of my wife's appointment, his nurse called to explain that Mr Leach no longer wished to see my wife as he had decided he didn't want any new patients.
This deeply frustrating and frankly irresponsible decision was not explained nor did my wife receive an apology. I was merely brushed off by the practice on the grounds that Mr Leach “was the boss, and we must do as he says”. My wife, still in pain, was obliged to seek treatment elsewhere after 7 weeks of time was wasted visiting Sardinia House Dental.
I have never before written a review on Google but feel compelled to do so in this case – AVOID.
