Google Bad Review 1: Have been using this place for years & years. Always pay upfront for a course on sunbed… 20 mins left but new rules time expires now. No notification on purchase or on last visit to warn me. A sign on counter is newly placed. Sad as I have always recommended this place to my friends & customers.. very disappointed

Google Bad Review (2): If there’s one place on Earth where my foot will never step again it’s that salon you can see the photo explanation of why that is (besides, it took her over an hour of simple filing and gel application to achieve this mindblowing result and one of my nails doesn’t even have a top coat ). And apparently the reason for my nails to look like this is because “they have ridges”!… PMSL ….
What you can’t see however is the unbelievable attitude I was treated with all the way, at times I almost walked out and I so wish that I did.. nevermind, too late now! Sad cause this is the closest salon to my home … didn’t have the time to walk to my regular one so thought I’d give it a chance one more time after a couple of years when I was repelled just as badly but no… the ladies don’t want me to be their client and have a very clear way of communicating that hahaha!
Shame about the rebranding… I think tweaking some other things would benefit your business much more you’re welcome.
And yes – this is the second review I am leaving for this one job! I don’t know what it says about me but it surely speaks volumes about the way you made me feel as someone who trusted you with her time and money, and nails … thanks once again for everything, you really didn’t have to!…
Thankfully my usual salon managed to squeeze me in and fix your lousy job.
