Google Bad Review 1: My hair (was) more than half way down my back, its always been long and the last time i had it cut was in February at Sano with a lady called Claire who when going in to basically ask for a trim did the perfect job so to hear she had left when i booked my next appointment in July i was sad but confident they would do a great job anyway.
So i met with my hairdresser, told her what i wanted, which was a few inches off the bottom and to freshen it up, just a trim. Half way through what seemed liked forced conversation and her not remembering what i had said about work or holidays, i noticed my hair looking pretty short, i asked her to stop so i could see what she was doing because my hair that should have still been down by my chest was now looking like a boxy fluffy mess by my shoulders. I told her this looks too short, can you straighten my hair so i can see how long it is because i think you've cut too much off. She then just sprayed my hair with anti frizz creme to which i had to ask again, can you straighten it so i can see what you've done because it looks completely wrong, she did not do what i had asked and then said she could try fix it. SO i trusted her again but she just made it worse. My hair that had been so long i could braid it was now so short all i could manage was a pony tail.
I asked her to stop and told her i was going home because all i asked for was a trim and she took off all of my hair. I don't know how it went so wrong with such simple instructions. She apologised for not checking with me again before making the first cut and i was told i didn't have to pay, which if i had would have been £50, she also offered to try fix it but you can't fix years of growing your hair with more cutting.
I had originally rated them a 5* but after leaving there in tears and it being almost a week after it happened i am still angry and my hair is a mess.
I will not be returning to Sano.

Google Bad Review (2): Would love to comment on my hair experience here since it came highly recommended from a few friends, but barely got past the front door when I was told I was double booked (even though I made my booking over the phone!!!!). 1 hour round trip commute absolutely wasted for a sorry, our fault, bye – and ushered out the door. One missed call that was SAME DAY during someone's work hours is not a valid – tried to reach you – did what we could. Did not even attempt to try to remedy the situation with a re-booking and was very laissez-faire about the whole incident. What a way to treat new customers. Don't care how great your hair stylists are if you can't manage a basic booking.
