Google Bad Review 1: This company is contracted to do annual routine boiler/toilet checks in my building. One of their engineers checked my toilet cistern and certified in writing that everything was ok. Straight after the engineer left, the ball valve in the toilet cistern started to leak. I recontacted them and Sandhurst plumbers attended twice. They did not accept any responsibility for the damage caused but tried to charge me for expensive repairs that, according to them, were needed to replace the ball valve and included breaking the toilet tiles. I had to call another plumber who quickly resolved the issue, without needing to break anything. Incompetent (they damaged ball valve in toilet), unprofessionals (they did not accept responsibility) and dishonest (tried to make money out of it by charging for non required, expensive repairs).
