Google Bad Review 1: Horrible experience. Traveled an hour, arrived on time, only for the salon to be closed! No one responded to my telephone calls or knocks. I retreated to a nearby cafe and at 10.45am, 45 minutes after my appointment was supposed to occur, someone finally picked up the phone. She then claimed she was waiting for me the whole time. Cheeky! When I told her I had been waiting since 10 she changed her story claiming she was delayed on the Tube. By 45 minutes? And with no phone call? I was offered no compensation, a hollow apology (possibly irritated that I had caught her out), only the offer to make another appointment. When I explained I had lost a days wages on this endeavour and didn't want another appointment it was met with a apathy. I am still waiting for my refund as this was through Groupon. Stay away from this circus.
