Google Bad Review 1: hi everyone just to say we booked ruxley cottages at the weekend to stay two nights it was so dirty and rude staff the bathroom was so bad we was not able to wash or shower and was told there was only two bathrooms in the whole place and one was out of order so everyone had to use the other one which was really terrible the room was also really dirty plugs hanging of walls bedding dirty and marks on all the walls so we never stayed for the second night also someone walked into our room at 1 am and said turn of the television also they have meters for gas and electric in room which was not told to as when we booked please please check it out before you book as we was really taking for a ride we have reported it on to the tradeing standards it is getting no star ratings and should be closed down

Google Bad Review (2): Worst place I've ever stayed – I was meant to stay 2 nights but I got up and left. It's a communal toilet and shower which never had toilet roll, there was people walking about at 2am and talking loud slamming doors. I had to wake up the owner to get out the gate in the morning as there was no details of how to use the gate and it never worked.
