Google Bad Review: Great service when you're buying absolutely terrible if you need to return a faulty item. I bought two of pairs running shoes and some items of clothing – lovely friendly staff. Had to return the shorts as the pocket split after only two runs resulting in losing my car key (found after retracing route). Wow did their attitude change! First told the pocket split because my key must have been sharp – not true it's a keyless fob. Second told shorts would have to go back to the manufacturer first to see if they would refund. Third excuse was they couldn't refund as I had taken the labels off – really?. Given I had the receipt proving I had only had them for a week it took 25 minutes of complete rudeness and obstruction on their part to finally get a refund. It's how you put things right when things go wrong that defines true customer service.
