Google Bad Review 1: Customer service is clearly not a priority. My initial consultation refused due to covid restrictions which is totally understandable at the moment. I showed my covid vaccination pass via NHS App and explained i was 3 weeks post covid symptoms. However, I was made to wait outside the front door only to be rudely turned away as they were obviously busy enough not to require my cliental.
I suggest they have a more detailed ‘initial screening' process over the phone and improve front of house communication with new prospective clients ready to invest heavily in rtwskin products & services.

Google Bad Review (2): This clinic recommends procedures for clients only to make money I have been left with nerve damage from filler and lipodissolve injections all which was advised by Dr Sheffield now I am left with speech impairment and facial spasms don't trust this clinic out to suck money.
In response to your reply to my post Gmc ruled that the doctor seriously breached her fitness to practice on the only investigation that was done Dr Sheffield did fillers on one occasion which was an absolute disaster she used a cannula then stuffed filler all
around she had no idea what she was doing she dissolved the lumpy fillers soon after this clinic is being reinvestigated now that the specialist team came to a full
diagnosis you have lied and claim to post me letters you have use one your staff to also lie that
they posted out letters to me making me aware of risks of lipodissolve do you have any shame
in telling such lies I am taking this to the BBC and let's see what happens next there is a high volume of clients complaining to the cqc which should not be ignored until you all are shutdown
