Google Bad Review 1: Terrible experience. I tried to ask the barber for a fade he did not listen, then proceeded to shave my head with a 1 all over and chop off part of my hairline. I am sooo soo upset and there is not way of contacting them

Google Bad Review (2): I booked an appointment for my daughter to have cornrows, we started on time but 1/3 through doing her hair, Yemmi started on 2 other customer's hair and we ended up waiting up to an hour before she resumed on my daughter's hair.
Before we started, I asked if I had to go and buy beads, and instead of advising me that they don't supply them in-store or where to purchase them, the response was “Of course!” like it was obvious, but if a customer asks such a question then it would've been obvious that it was not common knowledge therefore her response was inappropriate and demeaning.
I was thoroughly disappointed there was no offer of a discount for the extensive wait. The customer care is in need of attention. I have never experienced a hairdresser making me wait for such a long time and not even letting me know how long it would be. I would have given 1 star but Yemmi was mostly polite throughout and most importantly made my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed. I am happy with how my daughters hair turned out.
I asked about aftercare and what to do when my daughter's hair grew out, instead of advice, Yemmy handed me a leaflet of hers with her number and told me to come back for her to do my daughter's hair again.
It's very unlikely I will return, which is a shame as I am looking for a regular hairdresers to do my daughter's hair more frequently.
