Google Bad Review 1: The place is nice however be aware that the pictures on the website are not representative of the real view from the actual seats you purchase. For example we purchased the side view seats at the amphitheater and even though they had a warning of limited view, the picture on the website still had a decent view of the stage. The day of the play we realized there was effective a view of 10% of the stage. We left after 10 mins of the show starting

Google Bad Review (2): We went as a group of three ladies to watch Swan lake. Seated to the right of our friend was a drunk man who constantly leaned over onto her lap and repeatedly elbowed her whilst over enthusiastically clapping. When informed POLITELY that he was doing this he then became physically and verbally abusive. We informed the usher during the interval and asked for him to be moved. The usher “had a word” with the man and then let him sit back down. He continued to be verbally abusive, we AGAIN informed the usher of his behaviour. We were told WE had to move due to no security officers to remove him, two over to one side and one in the middle. So not only did we get separated but the abusive drunken oath got to watch the remainder of the performance and he also had his pick of three other seats!!!!!!!!! Such a shame because the performance was wonderful.
