Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely shocking. Manner of professionalism from your support team is disgraceful. They have no idea about GDPR laws whatsoever. I will be sending over a subject access request for my personal data.
Old women on the phone was trying to be as unhelpful as possible. Clearly just had a bad day. I'd advise finding another job. In a field you understand. Telling a customer you know more about data protection laws than someone who actually works in data. Yep makes sense.
Useless company. Avoid at all costs.
Give em your money and they keep it! Simple as. Scam. Stay away.
