Google Bad Review: Mistakes happen. When they do you have to sort them out, not deny all liability. After being a regular for around 6 months, I discovered they'd completely ruined a pair of my wife's trousers. The manager's father (who works there occasionally) denied all liability but said that I should take it to another dry cleaner, get their opinion, and come back. Verdict: they'd ‘cooked' the trousers (heat too high). I went back, was reluctantly verbally offered compensation, and agreed to wait until the following week when the manager ‘had some cash'. 2 days later he called and told me he wasn't paying.
