Google Bad Review: Great concert (Frankie Valli, so wouldn't expect anything else), partly ruined by abysmal Albert Hall service.
Ordered food through their app, one item to be delivered to our box before the concert, plus food to be delivered at the interval. Order was confirmed on the app and by email too, payment was taken and the first item arrived no problem.
However, the entire interval was spent trying to track down our food. First, I had to find a member of staff to help – no easy task, but eventually I found someone who was supposed to be in control. Unfortunately, she didn't have a clue what was going on, but promised to get back to us before the second half of the show. With no sign of that happening, I had to hunt her down a second time, only to be told there would be no food, as they had messed up our order, and the restaurant was now closed. She had zero interest in trying to help us out, so I returned to our box.
Just as the second half was starting, a member of the catering staff turned up at our box, claiming the order hadn't been received, due to ‘internet problems'. A patent lie, as part of the order had been delivered earlier.
Very disappointing service, not what we expected when we splashed out on the tickets.
