Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely terrible service. Came to look at failed hot water tank, immediately started yacking about sales and then did an unsolicited complementary check for gas leaks, wandering through my basement without my permission. Found one on the furnace gas line and turned off my gas (middle of winter) since technician did not carry the part for repair. My tenants now have no heat or water in middle of winter. Tells me can't get part until Monday (it's Saturday). I called a competitor who arrived in less than an hour and completed the repair with items on the truck. When competitor assessed leak and reviewed tag on gas line, advised me that Roy Inch did not need to shut off my gas, type and size of link warranted less severe tag with time to comply. Further, part was absolutely common valve that any reasonable truck would carry. Repair far less than Roy Inch had quoted. Whole interaction felt scammy and dishonest. As soon as I said I wasn't ready to commit to a new hot water heater technician was on the offensive. Would not recommend.

Google Bad Review (2): one of my customers told me that they would like me to give them a quote on two heat exchangers, for there Rooftop HVAC units, that roy inc guys tagged out. double checked and found no cracks at all. this could have cost my customer a lot of money. stay away
