Google Bad Review (2): Ordered from here as we were in the area visiting family. Ie 25th June 6pm
Received our order on time, but didn’t receive our drinks. I called the desk to let them know, but was spoken to a person who you could barely understand, he made no attempt to rectify the issue and said it is not their fault but the ‘Just eats’ driver’s fault and hung up.
Absolutely appalling and to have the nerve to charge £4.50 for delivery + service charge.
On recommendation of the food quality, wouldn’t order from here again as food was greasy and cold.
Sadly a bad experience to a lovely day!
