Google Bad Review: I booked this hotel for my family and I during our holiday in London and we were extremely disappointed with our experience there. We booked 2 separate rooms. The first located on the ground floor with direct view onto the garden was small and had a terrible moldy smell. You could tell that the room was not aired out often. The floor was dusty and we could hear the people walking around in the room above us until 1-2 am. In the second room (bigger room) which faced the street, was also extremely noisy from the cars passing by as well as from the people talking in the street. (Windows do not block any sound). The room was dirty upon arrival, there was hair on the armchair and in the bedsheets. There was a stain in the toilet bowl (disgusting) as well as on other parts of the bathroom. Shower head was leaking. In addition, both rooms were extremely hot due to the fact that there were no ACs, we had to ask for fans.
In regards to the service, it was just as disappointing. This place is advertised as a hotel however upon arrival we were informed that the cleaning crew would not clean everyday like a hotel would. When the cleaning crew did come, they did not empty the garbage or replace the toilet paper. Since there is no reception there is nowhere to complain or to let the employees of room2 know of our issues. The customer service agents we did talk to on the phone could not find any solutions to our problems.
Overall, the location is great but not worth the price. The rooms are small and the quality and services are terrible. Rooms not worth the price, we were extremely disappointed.
