Google Bad Review 1: Took my car into Romford Suzuki because of a very specific fault and I thought they would be the best people to ask. Basically, they weren't interested. The mechanic was the most dismissive, miserable old so-and-so I have ever had the misfortune to meet. He made me feel like I was wasting his time. He then told the manager that there was nothing wrong with the car after a 2 minute ‘test drive' and having asked me no questions about the fault. The manager then discussed options with me and gave me a mobile phone number scribbled on a bit of paper and told me ‘this guy might be able to help'. I then left. I took my car straight to my usual, local garage and they are sorting my problem out. My business was clearly too much trouble for Romford Suzuki. Disgusted !!

Google Bad Review (2): Went in to test drive the new vitara and was told if weren't buying a car there and then we couldn't test drive anything because “that wasn't what he wanted to do on a Saturday”. My husband said he wanted to feel what the car was like underfoot compared to others we have test driven and he said “well it's a car” ..
He then picked up the phone mid conversation and ignored us. All of this from a manager. Absolutely disgusting.
